You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We process cancellations within 1 business day, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after cancellation confirmation.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, or items marked as final sale. Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price and applicable taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items are only eligible for store credit unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order number and payment details. For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account directly as refunds often appear there before being transferred to your bank account. If you paid with a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit to your account with us.
